Sam Stubbs spoke to the media after scoring a superb header in Shrewsbury’s win over Tranmere.

The centre-back has now netted Town’s last two goals, having also grabbed a last-minute winner at Chesterfield.

Speaking to the assembled press, Sam reflected on the Tranmere victory and what was a strong all-round performance, with Josh Ruffels, Iwan Morgan and Temple Ojinnaka all going close to making the scoreline more emphatic.

The defender also discussed his season as a whole and his desire for Salop to finish the 2025/26 campaign strongly.
