Boss Gavin Cowan was full of praise for his players following a brilliant win at Chesterfield.

Trey Ogunsuyi netted his first EFL goals while Sam Stubbs scored a dramatic stoppage time winner to secure all three points in Derbyshire.

Tom Naylor had put the hosts in front in Derbyshire before Ogunsuyi equalised with an outstanding header.

The Sunderland loanee then put Town in front after brilliantly pressing goalkeeper Zach Hemming into a mistake.

Tom Pearce looked like he had earned a point for the hosts when he scored a sensational free-kick in the 85th minute.

But there was more drama to come with Stubbs popping up at the end after Ismeal Kabia had done well to win a free-kick.

Speaking post-match, Gavin expressed his pride at what was a brilliant team performance from his side.

The boss also praised discussed Trey and his goals and Gavin expressed his joy at seeing some jubilant scenes in the away end - with Salop having now won their last three away games.
